Privacy Policy

This policy explains how “Front Desk Frenzy” (the “App”) handles information about its users.

Information stored in your browser

The App stores only the following in your browser (localStorage). None of it is ever sent to the operator's servers or to any other service. The App does not save a shift in progress. Everything listed here is deleted if you clear your browser's site data.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.

For more information, see how Google uses cookies in advertising.

Analytics

To understand how the App is used and improve it, the App uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals. The same system also counts when a game starts and, when it ends, the score, the number of right calls, and how the shift ended.

You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For details on how Google handles data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cookie consent

For visitors from countries where prior consent is required, such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, we show a cookie consent notice at the bottom of the screen and do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies until you agree. Until then, basic measurements that do not use cookies (such as the fact that a page was opened) are still sent to Google, and only non-personalized ads are shown. For visitors from the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the site is shown with cookies turned off.

Your choice is saved in a cookie shared by all nacn.app sites (nacn_consent, kept for about 13 months). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Notice for U.S. residents

The operator does not sell or share personal information. As described above, Google may use cookies to show personalized ads; you can turn this off using the opt-out options in the Advertising section.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA).

Disclaimer

All companies, people, and events in the App are fictional. The visitors' tricks are based on real methods, but the App's content is no substitute for real front-desk or security procedures at your workplace. The operator is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App.
